1. What we collect

When you sign up we store your name, email, and the games you register for. For each registration we also keep your payment and attendance record, any guest (+1) name you provide, and your account credit balance. Payment details are handled by our payment provider — we never see or store your card number.

2. How we use it

Your information is used to manage your registrations, confirm your payments, and let organizers build their rosters. We send you transactional emails about your activity — registration confirmations, game time or venue changes, waitlist offers, host assignments, and credit expiry reminders. We don't sell your data to anyone.

3. Who can see your name

Other players only see your first name and last initial (e.g. "Alex R.") on rosters and in chat. Your full name is visible only to you, to admins, and to the hosts of games you're registered for.

4. Game chat

Messages you post in a game's chat are stored with that game and shown to its signed-in players. Messages are automatically filtered for profanity, and hosts and admins can delete messages from their games.

5. Attendance records

We track whether you showed up for games you registered for. A no-show is recorded on your account and may affect how you can register for future games.

6. Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and personal data anytime from Account Settings. Deletion removes your profile and registration history.
